C++ Primer (5th Edition) Notes

This document outlines running notes taken from the c++ primer (Lippman ett al.).

Whilst reading the text, my approach has been to alternate between more advanced topics and the earlier chapters so as to maintain an interest in learning practical applications whilst ensuring core language principles are still. For this reason this document's evolution will be rather schitzophrenic.
